During pre-planning, the Nurse will be in the Clinic to speak with parents and students regarding their child's medical concerns, receiving and reviewing care plans. accepting medication permission forms, and medications with the Drs. directives printed on the original bottle. Hours Available during pre-planning:
Thurs., 8/1/13 - 1 pm - 4 pm, Tues., 8/6/13 - 9 am - 11:30 am, then Meet and Greet from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. If those times are not convenient for you, please call and schedule an appointment with me.

For picking up your sick child from the Clinic, please park on the LEFT side of the driveway next to the green sign "Reserved For Clinic Parking". This sign is located half way down the driveway from the front office near the second speed bump. Enter into the double doors across from the sign, and the Clinic is the first door on the LEFT. DO NOT park on the right side along the red curb, since this is a fire lane, and the police are ticketing cars if you park in the fire lane. Thank you for your understanding.
The Clinic and your students "thank you" for the donated supplies!
Make sure your child is dressing according to dress code policy before coming to school. No shorts that are shorter than 4 fingers above the knee (small index card size), no tank tops, or cutouts showing skin or undergarments in areas that should be covered. We've had numerous students being sent to the Clinic to borrow clothing from the "Clinic Closet" for being in violation of the dress code. If your child has borrowed an article of clothing from the Clinic Closet, please wash it and have your child return it to the Clinic. If you have gently used clothing that would fit our middleschoolers, feel free to donate it to our Clinic Closet.
There is a new Georgia Law that effects school children with food allergies. If you do not submit a "Food Allergy Careplan" signed by a physician, the Cafeteria cannot flag your child's account. You can turn in the signed careplan to either the Clinic or the Cafeteria.
