WEDNESDAY: After completing the warm-up(Download Warmup 2-2), students read and took notes on an assigned story. Students who are absent need to see me about getting a story because I cannot post these on the Blog due to copyright laws.
THURSDAY: After completing the warm-up (Download Warm up 2-3), students finished taking notes following the Body Biography guidelines (Download Body Biography Project). They were also given a rubric which is attached. Only the second page of the attachment pertains to our project (Download Bodybiographyrubric2 south cobb) and collaboration guidelines (Download Collaboration rubric).
HOMEWORK: Bring in a song lyric that uses figurative language. It must be school appropriate.
FRIDAY: There will be a warm-up quiz today. Students may use their warm-up notes. We will create figurative language posters using the song lyrics we brought in.
