MONDAY: Today the students started DGP/Spelling #3. It will be due on Friday. This week's spelling words are appropriate and beginning.
After completing the DGP, the students read a student model of a compare and contrast essay in their literature books. I have attached the directions for accessing the book online. While reading, the students answered questions in their "Learning Logs" regarding the organization of the essay.
