WEDNESDAY: After completing today's DGP, the students reviewed sentence types and practiced writing compound-complex sentences. They will have a sentence types quiz on Friday along with the spelling quiz.
The students also used the information they collected yesterday to debate the topic of animal experimentation. Despite their personal viewpoint, they were required to take the position of the article they read and summarized yesterday. This will help them practice addressing two sides of an argument.
