THURSDAY-FRIDAY: After completing the DGP, students will finalize the first draft of their persuasive essay by completing the closing paragraph. A tiered assignment will be given with students working with the appropriate level of support.
Friday, there will be a spelling quiz over the last ten spelling words. These words are on the back of the students' DGP sheets. They were also given a master list of these words at the beginning of the year to keep in their resource section. Using embarrass and extraordinary as numbers nine and ten, count backwards to determine which ten words will be on the quiz.
