1st period Math Connections:

     Today Students worked on a worksheet that showed explicit formula and reviewed recursive formula.  This will help students prepare for the unit 4 Test on Thursday. No Homework. 

3rd and 4th period:  Please refer to Mrs. Carroll's Blog. 

5th and 7th Period:  

Students worked on a worksheet that reviewed recursive form and Introduced  form.  Students also were given review sheets for Unit 4 test that will be on Thursday.  fill in the review sheet.  Study.

1st period connections class:

    Today we reviewed the study guides that students received on Friday for their Benchmark Tests.  We went through most of the twenty five questions.

5th and 7th Period Math CLass:

   Today we took the Unit 3 Unit 4 Benchmark test.  No Homework  Unit 4 Test on Thursday!

1st period Connections Math:  Today we took the time to review math homework.  Some students were able to retake a quiz after further explanation of the material.

5th and 7th Period 8th Grade Math:  

Today students took notes on Arithmetic sequences and using the recursive formula.  They also received a benchmark study guide for monday.

1st Period Connections: 

   Today students worked on filling in x,y tables with an equation with two variables.  They also worked on Sequences.

5th and 7th Period 8th Grade Math:  Today students worked on taking notes for Arithmetic sequences.   On the back of the notes they have sequences where they need to fill in the next three terms.

1st Period Connections:

Students worked on Algebra based warm-ups that were graded using the unravel strategy.  Then students played a game that reviewed their skills on a coordinate plan.  No homework was assigned. They were given  their grade report to have signed and returned.

5th and 7th Period 8th Grade Math:

Students worked on Algebra based warm-ups that were graded using the unravel strategy. Students practiced Linear Functions.  This refereed back to the notes they took on Friday.  They had Homework to finish the worksheet that was given to them.  They also were given progress reports to get signed at home.
