Today students found out if they didn't pass the Math portion of the CRCT. Starting tomorrow students who didn't pass will start a 4 hour a day remediation program before the second test time on Wednesday 5-19-10. Students should have brought home a letter with this information from Barber. This will directly change the lessons for the rest of the year.
Also information from County office in regard two the last two day of school:
This note is to inform you of our end-of-the-year procedures with regard to the last two days of school. On May 20th and 21st, we will follow the early release schedule below:

Middle Schools: Students released at 12:30 p.m.
Elem. Schools: Students released at 1:30 p.m.
High schools are not required to cover the cost of transportation for their dismissal as has been the case in previous years.
Please contact me or your area assistant superintendent if you have questions. I would also appreciate your help in publicizing this information to your community. Thanks for all you do.
